Custom print application to outer ball
Custom print application to ‘Answers’
Quote required for both 7mm & 10mm diameter options.
Quote required for 200x / 500x
Lead times for production & shipping to the UK (We are aiming for Mid December).

Here are the administrative items to complete:

- W9
- Vendor form attached
- A Bank Proof can be one of the following:
  - A voided check
  - A letter from your bank confirming your bank details and beneficiary name or
  - A letterhead from your company confirming your bank details and beneficiary name + Company official stamps and Finance manager signature or
  - A screenshot of your online banking showing the bank details and beneficiary
