Return & Refund Policy

At MagicLogoBall (Shantou Chenghai Xingwangda Toys Factory), we are committed to customer satisfaction. While we hope you’re happy with every purchase, we understand that situations may arise where a return is necessary. Please review the return policy below.


1. Returnable Items

We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under the following conditions:

Within Warranty Period:

  • Products that arrive defective, damaged, or soiled.
  • Incorrect items received (wrong color, size, or specification).

Warranty Coverage:

  • 1 year for internal response mechanism.
  • 30 days for other custom components (shell, printing, packaging).

Within 7 Days of Delivery (Non-defective):

  • Items that do not meet your expectations.
  • Items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

📌 Note: In this case, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


2. Return Conditions

  • All return requests must be submitted to our customer service team in advance.
  • Returned items must be in unused and original condition.
  • A valid Return Authorization Form (RMA) is required before shipping the return.

Items returned without authorization will not be processed.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Returns requested after the 30-day warranty period.
  • Used, worn, washed, or altered products.
  • The following custom-made items:
    • Fully customized products made to order
    • Custom packaging boxes
    • Customized internal messages
    • PMS color-matched painted items

4. Order Cancellation or Refusal

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you wish to cancel, you must wait for delivery, then request a return.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Delivery refused by customer
  • Package not picked up from local store
  • Address errors or undeliverable parcels
  • Refusal to pay import taxes or complete customs clearance

If a package is returned to us for reasons listed above, we can arrange reshipment after postage is paid. However, no refund will be issued.


5. Return Address & Refund Method

Important: Always contact our team at sales@magiclogoball.com before returning any item. Do not return packages to the address shown on the original shipping label.

Refunds: Refunds are issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method. Original shipping costs and insurance fees are non-refundable.


6. Delivery & Tracking Claims

If your package is delayed or not received, please contact us within the following timeframes:

  • Express shipping: within 30 days of shipment
  • Standard tracked shipping: within 60 days of shipment
  • Postal service: within 90 days of shipment

Claims outside these timeframes may not be accepted.
