Revision Notes on Box Design

Sorry for the delay. The files you sent on 27 Feb. are not correct and are not approved. I made a mistake of adding comments about the 8 ball, which your designer then tried to add to the box.
This email is about the box only. The following files are attached:
- A PDF file that shows the box unfolded
- Photoshop files for each of the box surfaces

Layout Review & Next Steps

I have reviewed the two files sent 22–23 March. The layout is acceptable. I note that the file name indicates the box includes 10.1 CM. We are ordering the 12 cm 8 Ball, so the layout may need to be re-scaled.
Are we now ready to move on to the 8 Ball itself? Do I need to resend the file that includes the answer die text and Ball details?
Will you submit a layout detailing the 8 Ball details for approval?
What is the next step after approval of the 8 Ball layout? Do we submit a credit card to pay for the manufacture and shipping?

Final Approval & Payment
I apologize for the delay. I had to find a firm who could prepare the .ai file for me. The attached .ai file has two logos—one with all black letters and one with red “ASTC” and black for the remaining text.
Since you plan to print a white background behind the logo, the red and black logo will be the one to use.
I have reviewed the mock-up and the answer file. Both are approved.
Payment was made on 20 April.
Box File Format & Fonts
I do not understand what you need. Does the box design file have to be in a different file format? What format? I am sorry—I do not know a lot about file formats. Can you help me by being more specific?

Font Details:
- General font: Arial
- ASTC font: Book Antiqua (if not available, use Times New Roman)
- The “8” in the 8 Ball: BankGothic BT LT (or similar font)
All these fonts are standard Microsoft fonts.
