Shipping within the USA is included at every tier. The artwork proof is free, revisions to that proof are free, and there's no separate setup or die charge. The number in the table is the number you pay.

What "cheap" doesn't mean here

Low price and low quality get lumped together, and they shouldn't be. At these volumes the economics are straightforward: a custom Magic 8 Ball is a small injection-molded shell, a liquid fill, a printed twenty-sided die, and your logo. Make a thousand at once and the per-unit cost drops hard. We pass that along instead of pocketing the difference.

What you still get at $4.20 a unit is a ball that actually works — the die floats and turns properly, the window stays clear, the print doesn't rub off in someone's bag, and every unit is individually boxed so it arrives intact.

Where the price breaks really matter

If you're ordering 280 units, order 300. The jump from $6.99 to $5.85 more than covers the extra pieces, and you'll have spares. Same story at 500 and 1000. We flag this for customers before invoicing because it's annoying to find out afterward.

The minimum is 100, on every size

Whether you want the 4.5cm keychain, the 7cm standard, the 10cm large, or the 12cm giant, the minimum order is 100 units. We don't run smaller batches because the setup cost per ball becomes unreasonable — you'd end up paying more for less. If you only need one, grab the $1.00 sample instead.

How we compare

Competitors in this space often quote a similar headline price and then add a die-setup fee, an artwork fee, a per-color charge, and domestic freight. By the time the invoice arrives, a $200 order is $400. We priced it the other way around: one number, everything included, free USA shipping.

The other thing worth checking with other manufacturers is the minimum. Some require 500 or 1000 pieces before they'll touch a custom die, which is fine for a national campaign and useless for a regional trade show.

Our return policy

We offer 90-day free returns. If the order isn't what you expected, you have three months to send it back and we'll take care of it. Between the free proof and the return window, there isn't much room for you to get burned here, which is the point.

Getting a quote

You don't need to fill out a long form. Tell us the quantity, the size you're after, and roughly when you need it, and we'll come back with the total and a realistic delivery date. If your quantity is close to a price break, we'll say so — even when it means a smaller invoice for us.
